The working principle of the laser galvanometer is that the laser beam is incident on the mirror. The reflection angle of the mirror is controlled by the computer, and the two mirrors can be scanned along the X and Y axes respectively, so as to achieve the deflection of the laser beam. The vibrating mirror is mostly used for YAG vibrating mirror, CO2 vibrating mirror, 1064 vibrating mirror and ultraviolet vibrating mirror. In addition, it is often used in industrial applications such as laser marking, laser drilling, laser welding, etc.
