Flow cytometer is a multi-parameter, rapid Quantitative analysis and sorting Flow cytometry for cells or biological particles in a fast,
linear Flow. It has become a very important instrument in the diagnosis of blood cells and cancer.
The optical principle is that after plastic formation of about 22 x 66 microns,
slightly larger than the cell diameter of light spot irradiation to the flow pool in the rapid flow of cells carrying a fluorescent marker.
The marker is stimulated by laser light to produce fluorescence signals representing different substances and wavelengths in the cell.
These signals are centered in the cell and emitted to 360-degree spatial angle to produce scattered light and fluorescence signals.
Fluorescence signals of different wavelengths are sent to different electronic detectors through optical systems.
And then get the complete parameter information of cell or biological particle. Through special process design,
combined with the APS plasma and RF ion-assisted coating technology level of kinet,
the transmission rate of precision optical filter is improved, this means that instrument developers can get better test sensitivity.
